Inspection includes detailed tests and visual inspections of mechanical and electrical components, such as safety and protective equipment – and controls, if specified. The routines include checking the voltage and current of all parts, checking the fan motor for the rotation of the blower fan, testing the thermostat, gas inlet and outlet pressure, heating and cooling test, checking the quality of contactors and sensors, checking the air. Inlet and outlet temperature, damper test, capacitor check, belt check, lubrication of bearing surfaces, belt tension adjustment and cleaning or replacement of air filters.
