New installations are designed around the space and the product: box sizing, condensing unit selection, evaporator placement, defrost strategy and the electrical supply are all part of the plan. We commission each system and document the settings.

Preventive maintenance programs cover coil cleaning, refrigerant charge and leak checks, door gaskets and closers, defrost and control checks, and compressor health, so problems are found on a scheduled visit rather than on a Saturday night.
