VRF / VRV Systems

Variable refrigerant flow systems let one outdoor unit heat and cool many zones at once, with each room set independently. They are the right choice for offices, multi-family buildings, restaurants and larger homes where comfort has to be precise and running costs matter. We install and service VRF and VRV systems from Mitsubishi Electric, Daikin, LG, Samsung and Fujitsu.

Design is where VRF succeeds or fails. We calculate zone loads, plan refrigerant piping lengths and branch controllers, and select indoor units that suit each space, then commission the system to the manufacturer procedure so the warranty holds and the controls behave.

For existing systems we diagnose communication faults, refrigerant issues, failed boards and sensors, and controller problems, and we can add or rebalance zones as a building changes. Regular service keeps a VRF system quiet, efficient and out of alarm.
